Terms of Service

2.1 Free Access

The core features of BubbleCraft are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, subscription plans, or usage limits in the future with reasonable notice to users.

2.2 No Account Required

BubbleCraft does not currently require user registration or account creation. All text processing occurs locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

2.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use BubbleCraft to:

• Create personal, educational, or commercial design assets
• Generate printable materials for classroom or personal use
• Create graphics for social media, presentations, or marketing
• Export and use generated designs in your own projects

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use BubbleCraft to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Site
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Site at scale
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair performance
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to provide or protect the Site
• Resell or sublicense access to the Site or its outputs as a competing service

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the text content you input into BubbleCraft and the designs you generate. We do not review, monitor, or store user-generated content.

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding are and will remain the exclusive property of BubbleCraft and its operators. This includes but is not limited to:

• The BubbleCraft name, logo, and brand identity
• The underlying rendering engine and style algorithms
• All UI/UX design elements and layouts
• Marketing copy and documentation

Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.

4.2 Your Generated Content

Designs and exports you create using BubbleCraft are yours. We do not claim ownership over the output you generate using our tool.

You are free to use your generated designs for:

• Personal projects
• Commercial projects
• Print and digital distribution

4.3 Fonts & Style Assets

Some visual styles may incorporate font rendering or design elements that are subject to their own licensing terms. BubbleCraft ensures all bundled assets are either proprietary, open-source, or properly licensed for the use cases described above.

4.4 Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about BubbleCraft, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate that feedback into our products without any obligation to you.

5.1 No Advertising Program Currently

BubbleCraft does not currently display third-party advertisements or participate in Google AdSense. If we add advertising or sponsorship placements in the future, we will update these Terms and our related policies before those features go live.

5.2 Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BubbleCraft. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

We strongly advise you to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of any third-party site you visit.

5.3 No Endorsement

Reference to any products, services, processes, or other information by trade name, trademark, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by BubbleCraft.

6.1 "As Is" Service

BubbleCraft is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BubbleCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Site

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if BubbleCraft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to BubbleCraft in the past twelve (12) months, or USD $10.00, whichever is greater.

8.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BubbleCraft at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of BubbleCraft
• Involves fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Since BubbleCraft does not require account creation, termination may take the form of IP-level or technical access restrictions.

8.3 Survival

Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive any termination of these Terms.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@aigotowork.work and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days.

9.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights.

9.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BubbleCraft regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

11.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
